PlanMyNikah is a UK marketplace connecting couples planning a Nikah, Mehndi, Barat or Walima with trusted Muslim wedding businesses — venues, caterers, photographers, wedding fashion and more. We're inviting a limited number of Muslim wedding vendors to join our early vendor programme: the first 150 approved get 12 months of Premium, completely free, and a permanent Founding Vendor badge. There is no commission on enquiries, every vendor is manually approved, and there are no surprise charges.

The founding package includes every feature of the £59/month Premium plan: Premium Vendor features for 12 months, a permanent Founding Vendor badge and a Premium Vendor badge during the 12-month Premium period, priority visibility during launch, featured category placement eligibility, a listing on the Founding Vendors page, a Founding Vendor certificate graphic and early access to new features.

What do vendor plans cost?

Start free and stay free forever. Upgrade when you're ready to grow, and never pay commission on what you earn.

• Free Vendor — £0 forever. One live listing with up to 5 photos, a Verified Vendor badge after approval, trust badges, unlimited enquiries received with lead preview, analytics and reviews. Upgrade when you are ready to reply to couples.
• Starter Vendor — £9 per month. Up to 3 listings and 15 photos per listing, reply to unlimited enquiries, respond to 5 posted requests per month, show your website and social links, and basic priority above Free.
• Growth Vendor — £29 per month. Up to 8 listings and 30 photos per listing, 15 posted request responses per month, higher priority search placement, category spotlight eligibility, and package and offer tools.
• Premium Vendor — £59 per month. Unlimited listings with up to 60 photos each, 40 posted request responses per month, a Premium Vendor badge, featured category placement, homepage feature eligibility and a monthly performance report.
• Elite Vendor — £99 per month. Everything in Premium plus unlimited posted request responses, an Elite Vendor badge, the highest search priority, homepage featured rotation, dedicated success support and a quarterly performance call.

How does the application work?

1. Start your application. Share your business details.
2. Create your account. Sign up with the vendor role and verify your email.
3. Build your listing. Our wizard walks you through photos, pricing and trust badges.
4. Submit for review. Submit a complete listing; only then do we begin review within 48 hours on weekdays.
5. You're live. Couples can find you. Founding perks activate automatically.

What is a Founding Vendor?

The first 150 businesses to be approved on PlanMyNikah get 12 months of Premium features completely free. This is our way of thanking the vendors who help us build a trusted platform in our earliest days. After 12 months you choose your plan, and there are no automatic charges.

How long does approval take?

The review window begins only after your complete listing is submitted successfully. We then aim to review it within 48 hours on weekdays. Approval is separate from account, plan and public-visibility checks.

What happens after the 12-month Founding Vendor period?

We'll contact you at least 60 days before your free period ends. At that point you choose a paid plan to keep Premium features, or you move automatically to Free (your listing stays live, you just lose priority placement, featured spots and the Premium badge). We will never charge you automatically.

Is there a commission on bookings?

No. PlanMyNikah never takes a percentage of what you earn. You pay only for your listing plan (or nothing on Free), and every pound a couple pays you goes straight to you.

How do paid plans work after the Founding Vendor year?

Founding Vendors receive Premium access free for 12 months. After that, they can choose a paid plan or move to the Free Vendor package. There are no automatic charges.

Do I need to add a card to join?

No. Founding Vendor applications never ask for a payment card, and nothing renews automatically. You only ever enter payment details if you actively choose a paid plan through Stripe checkout.

What happens when a couple contacts me?

Their enquiry lands in your vendor inbox with the context they chose to share, such as wedding date, location, guest count and budget band. You reply from your inbox, and if you list WhatsApp or a phone number couples can also reach you there. Every lead can then be tracked through your pipeline.

Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Yes. You manage your listing from your vendor dashboard and can update photos, packages, pricing, coverage and business details whenever you like.

Can I use PlanMyNikah alongside Instagram and other directories?

Of course. There is no exclusivity. Most vendors keep their existing channels and use PlanMyNikah for what those channels cannot do: reaching Muslim couples who are actively planning and sharing the details you quote from.

Is PlanMyNikah only for one Muslim community?

No. PlanMyNikah serves Muslim communities across the UK. Listings carry details that matter across traditions, from halal catering and segregation options to prayer space.
