Each response is stored with a status so you can see what is new, what has been imported to the guest list, and what still needs review. If you allow extra guests, those requests can be checked before they are treated as confirmed seats, which helps protect your final headcount.

When you are ready, attending guests can be imported into the Guest List and Seating Plan by event. That means RSVPs do not sit in a separate inbox that you have to retype later: they become the working headcount for catering, seating and final venue numbers.

Chasing the stragglers

Late replies are part of wedding planning, especially when parents are collecting names through family networks.
